Compass Management Services is a full service association management company providing services in the areas of facilities management, financial management and administration. We are members of Association of Condominium Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA)and Community Associations Institute (CAI). Memberships in these associations provides us with information on current trends and legal updates in the community association industry as well as continuing educational opportunities.

Compass Management Services was started by Joy Menne and Pattye Probasco. They selected the name Compass Management Services and the slogan Pointing Associations in the Right Direction as they found so many homeowner associations floundering and in need of honest, responsive and knowledgeable management services to get them “on course”.

The company’s goal is to provide the highest level of professional management to condominium, townhome and single-family homeowner associations and to relieve board members from the burden of the daily operations of their association. Compass Management Services works as a partner with the Board of Directors to accomplish the following goals:

1. Maximize property values for owners
2. Relieve Board members of management burdens
3. Optimize financial operations
4. Enhance communication among owners
